Racheal has over 8 years of experience in Beauty and is the founder or Organik Beauty Academy, and Organik Laser & Beauty. Racheal brings a wealth of knowledge to our academy and holds laser licensing, specialising in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments. Currently completing TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to deliver high-quality professional education.

Lash & Brow Trainer

Indi is a passionate lash and brow trainer with 6 years experience in the Beauty industry. Indi is now helping students build confidence in lash application, brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and styling. She provides supportive hands-on guidance, focusing on technique, precision, client care, and creating beautiful, consistent results in a professional training environment

No, many of our courses are beginner-friendly and designed for students starting fresh, while some advanced courses are suited to those with prior beauty knowledge.

Yes, practical training is an important part of your learning experience. Depending on the course, students will work on live models under trainer supervision to build confidence, technique, and real salon experience. Some courses may also begin with mannequin or practice work before moving onto live models.

Our training is primarily delivered one-on-one, allowing for a highly personalised learning experience with dedicated trainer support and hands-on guidance. Students may also choose to study alongside a friend where suitable.

If you want to study with a friend, Organik Beauty Academy will offer you both a 10% discount to study the course together. (That’s a 20% discount between the both of you)

Yes. We offer flexible payment options including Zip, Afterpay, as well as customised Academy payment plans for eligible students.

Our Academy payment plans require minimum weekly repayments of $250, with the full course fee finalised before your training start date.

Please note - we still require a 20% deposit for all courses to secure your booking date.

Yes. We believe support should continue beyond the training day, and students are welcome to contact their trainer after course completion for guidance, advice, and ongoing encouragement.

We communicate with students through WhatsApp, allowing continued support and easy communication after training.

Yes. While your formal course is completed during your scheduled training days, students continue to receive ongoing support and guidance after training to help build confidence and refine their skills.

If students would like additional hands-on in-person training after their course, extra academy training days can also be arranged at a fee of $500 per day, subject to trainer availability.

Students are encouraged to practise consistently, follow treatment protocols carefully, and ensure they understand any insurance, licensing, or local regulations that may apply before working independently.
