Entry Requirements

Course Deposits & Payments
  • A 20% deposit must be paid before we can secure your training dates.
  • All Courses must be paid in full 2 weeks before commencement date.

This allows us enough time to send you your Welcome pack, kit and learning booklet. You must read your Training booklet before start date. All the information in booklets gives you model times, a little knowledge on the course and other useful information needed for the course duration.
All courses at Organik Beauty Academy are non refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, changing your mind before or during the course, or, cancelling your booked course. In the event you are unable to attend the course dates you are enrolled for, we will offer you alternative dates to reschedule.
Organik Beauty Academy require 2 weeks notice in order to do this, giving us the opportunity to offer other waiting students your space on the course. Rescheduled courses are to be re-booked and completed within 8 weeks of the original course date. Late cancellations of your course dates may incur a fee.

For the safety of clients and for the reputation of Organik Beauty Academy and our industry, We take certification of completion very seriously. Certification is not guaranteed and is only given upon satisfactory completion of required models. Whilst almost all of Organik Beauty Academy students complete the course and leave with their certification of completion, in the unlikely event students are not at the level of industry standards, Organik Beauty Academy trainers have the right to hold back on signing students off and request additional training is undertaken.

If you are with a job provider, they may be able to help assist with funding for this course.

Previous Qualifications

Certain advanced courses are intended for qualified beauty professionals or students with existing treatment knowledge. Entry requirements are listed individually within each course.

Course Information

Dress Code

To maintain a professional training environment, students must wear clean, practical clothing suitable for hands-on beauty training. Closed-in shoes are required, and hair must be tied back during practical treatment sessions.

Models

For most courses, students will be required to arrange their own models for practical training where possible. If needed, Organik Beauty Academy can assist in sourcing models, however this cannot always be guaranteed. Working on live models is an important part of developing confidence, technique, and real treatment experience under trainer supervision.

Study with a Friend

If you choose to study with a friend, Organik Beauty Academy will offer you both a 10% discount each when enrolling in the same course together — giving you a combined 20% saving between both students.

Course Kits

Kit inclusions are outlined within each individual course description. Students can choose between a course option with a professional kit included or without a kit when purchasing our courses, depending on their individual needs and existing supplies.

What happens once I’m qualified

Upon successful completion of training, students will receive a certificate of completion, or a nationally recognised certificate where the selected course is accredited and requires nationally recognised training. Students may then begin offering treatments within the scope of their training, subject to any insurance, licensing, council requirements, or state regulations that may apply.

Training Hours

Training typically runs from 9:00am – 2:00pm, designed to be intensive yet manageable to support maximum learning, focus, and information retention. We find this structure creates an effective learning environment without overstimulating students.

Ongoing Student Support

Yes. Students receive ongoing support after training through WhatsApp communication, where they can ask questions, seek guidance, and receive advice as they begin performing treatments. Additional in-person training days are also available at Organik Beauty Academy for students wanting further hands-on support, charged at $500 per day.

Accredited Courses
What are accredited courses?

Accredited courses are nationally recognised training programs that meet approved industry standards and provide formal certification where required for specific treatment areas or career pathways.

Do you offer accredited courses?

Organik Beauty Academy currently offers professional non-accredited training, with selected accredited and nationally recognised courses planned to be introduced in 2027 where required. Certification issued will depend on the course selected and its training pathway.

What certification will I receive for an accredited course?

Students completing an accredited course will receive nationally recognised certification where applicable, subject to successful completion of all required assessments and competency standards.

Are all courses accredited?

Not all courses require formal accreditation. Some courses are delivered as professional industry-based training focused on practical hands-on learning and certification for skill development.

How do I know if a course is accredited?

Each course description will clearly state whether the training is accredited, nationally recognised, or industry-based.
